Expanding wilds and respins
Nebula Wilds uses a five-by-three grid and ten lines that can pay in both directions. A qualifying wild fills a middle reel and gives a respin with that reel held. If a new qualifying wild appears, the sequence can continue with more held reels.
Tumbling grids and clusters
Candy Bazaar counts eight matching sweets anywhere in its six-by-five grid. Winning symbols disappear and new ones tumble in; multiplier bombs affect a qualifying sequence. Sugar Cluster instead looks for touching groups on a seven-by-seven board. These are distinct ways to evaluate a grid without conventional paylines.
Variable reel heights
Shifting Ways uses six reels whose visible height changes on each spin. Matching symbols on consecutive reels from the left create ways to win. The shape and ways count can change even when the free-credit setting remains the same.
Feature symbols and locked positions
Temple Tome offers a free-spin feature with a selected expanding symbol. Cappadocia Balloons uses a hold-and-win round: balloons lock with virtual-credit values, and new balloons refresh the remaining respins. Their feature prompts explain what happens next.
